Extended declaration

Grade your work against the DTTT AI frameworks and generate an embeddable disclosure card for any article, report or webpage.
Before you start
Both routes produce a real disclosure. The simple one is enough for most work, and the full one exists for work where a formal declaration is warranted.
The old ruler. It asks for a percentage rather than per activity answers, and its result offers the four frozen formats. Use it only to keep a series consistent.

Position on the scale
The other models
Only the Transparency Model issues a code. Contract section 6 records the code vocabularies for the other three as not yet decided, so they report their values and their version pins and nothing here invents a code for them.
Why the score landed here
The work, split by how much each activity can move the score
One more fact, no effect on the score
Reviewed AI content and unreviewed AI content are different things and a reader would want to know which they are holding. Who checked something is a separate question from what produced it, so this never moves the band, the points or the code.

Declaration required · ratio equals one
Your answers put the ratio at exactly one, and the graded scale stops short of one. This belongs to no band, so the builder will not assign one.
What your answers describe is the AI Generated declaration. It sits above band E, outside the graded scale, and it is reached by declaring it rather than by calculation. Declaring is a human act and remains one.
Declaring issues a card of a different kind. It carries the claim, the code, your name and the date, and it carries no points and no position on the scale, because none were earned. It is not band E and no surface will present it as one.
Your answers are kept with the record so the declaration can be reviewed later. They are not published as a score and no card displays them.
If you do not declare, revise an answer. Under no circumstance is the ratio rounded into band E to avoid this step.
Coverage signal · no band
That is a contradiction with two possible causes, and scoring cannot tell them apart. So it will not choose.
01
Resolved by declaring TM-NONE. Go back to the gate and answer no.
02
That is a signal about the medium definition rather than about your work. These are the activities this medium covers:
A coverage signal carries no band, no points, no code and no outcome. Recording one leaves the score unchanged. It is not a smaller disclosure and no surface may treat it as one.
Disclosure
The same assessment, written out. A written disclosure in a caption is a real disclosure rather than a smaller one.

This is the artefact, not a form that produces one. Dashed lines are the gaps that are still open: a line left empty, or answered no, is dropped from the download rather than printed.
Renderings of one assessment, not several assessments. Every one carries the band name, the medium, the points as a fraction, and the code with its version. None carries a percentage, a ratio or a breadth figure.
This is a version 1.1 disclosureIt renders in the four frozen formats, which keep their appearance for every card already embedded. New work is scored under version 2.0.
